Programa

Course Curriculum

Our curriculum is thoughtfully designed to provide a progressive and immersive learning experience. Each day builds upon the previous one, allowing participants to deepen their understanding while integrating both theoretical knowledge and practical application. Through a balanced combination of lectures, yoga practice, experiential workshops, and reflection, the training supports meaningful learning that can be confidently applied in personal practice or professional teaching.

The first day is dedicated to exploring the menstrual cycle through the lenses of Yoga, Ayurveda, and modern science. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of hormonal fluctuations, emotional patterns, and energetic changes throughout the month, while learning how to adapt movement, breathwork, and lifestyle practices to support each phase of the cycle.

Topics include:

  • Female physiology and hormonal rhythms
  • The menstrual cycle in Ayurveda
  • Doshas and the cyclical nature of women
  • PMS, painful periods, PCOS, and common imbalances
  • Yoga adaptations for each phase of the cycle
  • Pranayama and meditation for hormonal balance
  • Marma techniques supporting menstrual health

This module focuses on the period in which a woman wishes to conceive, exploring how Yoga and Ayurveda can nurture reproductive health, reduce stress, and prepare both body and mind for pregnancy.

Topics include:

  • Ayurvedic principles of fertility
  • Nutrition and lifestyle for conception
  • Stress, the nervous system, and reproductive health
  • Yoga for fertility and pelvic wellbeing
  • Breathwork and meditation for emotional balance
  • Marma points related to reproductive vitality

Pregnancy is one of the most profound transitions in a woman’s life. This day explores the physical, emotional, and energetic changes of pregnancy, as well as the early stages of motherhood and postpartum recovery.

Topics include:

  • Pregnancy from an Ayurvedic perspective
  • The changing needs of each trimester
  • Safe yoga modifications during pregnancy
  • Preparing for birth through breath and movement
  • Postpartum recovery and matrescence
  • Restorative practices for new mothers

Perimenopause is often accompanied by significant hormonal and emotional shifts. Participants will learn how Yoga and Ayurveda can ease this transition and support resilience, vitality, and nervous system regulation.

Topics include:

  • Hormonal changes during perimenopause
  • Vata and Pitta imbalances
  • Sleep, stress, and emotional wellbeing
  • Yoga practices for symptom management
  • Yin Yoga and restorative techniques

The final educational day is dedicated to menopause as a natural and empowering life stage. Rather than focusing on decline, we explore strategies for maintaining strength, vitality, and overall wellbeing through Yoga and Ayurveda.

  • Menopause in Ayurveda and modern science
  • Healthy aging and longevity
  • Bone health and mobility
  • Emotional resilience and cognitive wellbeing
  • Yoga practices for long-term vitality
  • Meditation and lifestyle routines for graceful aging

Participants who wish to receive certification will complete a practical assessment by teaching a themed yoga class inspired by one of the five phases of femininity. This day is an opportunity to integrate knowledge and apply it in a teaching context.

Those attending for personal enrichment are welcome to observe the assessments and participate in guided practices and discussion sessions without taking the examination.

The final day is dedicated to reflection, integration, and community. Through a closing practice and ceremony, participants celebrate their learning journey and leave with a deeper understanding of the feminine body, its natural rhythms, and the role of Yoga and Ayurveda in supporting women throughout every stage of life.
